A guide to getting your conversion on the road
An Introduction
You have 2 options to get your own splitter on the road.
Option 1 – We take care of everything
You tell us the type of vehicle that you want, model, colour, mileage etc then we source it, purchase then convert to your spec (which we’ll get to later).
On completion, you then purchase the vehicle from us and we change the ownership & V5 there & then. For this we require a 50% of total price deposit payment for us to start work and the remaining 50% on collection.
This option is logistically simpler for your side, however it’s worth noticing that this may impact financing options. If you’re going down the finance route it’s worth mentioning this to us and we can help you get approved.
Option 2 – You Bring the vehice to us
This can be a vehicle you already own or we can recommend trusted dealers and send options that look like a good fit. Here you view the vehicle and make the final call, deliver to us and we convert to your spec.
For this we require a £2000 deposit to start work and then remaining balance on completion. This option tends to be slightly easier from an Admin point of view for both parties due to financing and less V5/paperwork changes.
Converting your vehicle
We feel our strong point is our collaborative approach and want it to be one.
Step 1.
Book your discovery call with us and figure out if we are a right fit for each other. Talk through your needs, your ideas and we can share with you our time frames, spec options and pricing structure.
Step 2. Your Spec.
We will send over our proposed brief and spec for your vehicle. You can choose optional extras and we agree on a timeline.
Step 3. Lock in your slot.
We agree on a Spec and a price and a deposit is paid.
Step 4. The conversion.
You drop the vehicle to us or we purchase the vehicle and we get to work.
Throughout this, we will send over weekly progress updates with photos and information to keep you in the loop.
Step 5. Handover.
We pass on a 12 month warranty for the vehicle (mechanical) through a third party. We also offer a 6 month warranty for the conversion.
